Customers on our service shop
“The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We went in to look at mowers and the help was outstanding. We bought our first zero turn mower and couldn't be happier.”
“Answered the phone Saturday morning… correctly looked up the part I needed, pulled it off the shelf, and double-checked it before I drove 40 miles round trip.”
“We own a tree and fencing business in Shawnee and have a hard time finding parts for our STIHL chainsaws. We always end up going to Mike's to find the parts we need.”
Frequently asked questions
How long does a mower repair take?
Most tune-ups are turned around in a few business days. In peak season (March–June) it can take longer — booking early helps. Commercial customers: ask about priority service.
Do you work on brands you don't sell?
Yes, we service most major brands of mowers, handheld equipment and generators. Call with your make and model if you're not sure.
Can you pick up my mower?
Ask us about pickup and delivery when you request service — availability depends on location and season.
How often should I tune up my mower?
Once a year for most homeowners, ideally before spring. Commercial mowers should follow the manufacturer's hour-based schedule — often every 100 hours for oil.
Do you sharpen blades while I wait?
Often, yes, depending on the day's workload. Call ahead and we'll tell you.
